Family physician Lora Fulp Efaw, M.D. and family nurse practitioner Priscilla Greene, FNP-C provide quality primary care for children, adults and seniors.  Dr. Efaw and Priscilla also specialize in nutritional medicine, bio-identical hormone therapy, preventive care and weight loss as well as offer revitalizing IV therapies and cosmetic procedures. 

Licensed massage therapist Melissa Elizondo, LMT is available for a wide range of therapeutic massages designed to impact physical, mental and emotional well-being.
